We have a team of semi-skilled and skilled laborers controlling the quality of the products. The team is trained to maintain the consistent quality of goods. Quality control is divided into 4 steps including raw material selection, raw material inspection, inspection of goods in the semi-finished stage and inspection of finished goods. The quality of goods are rated from medium to high.
Quality Control Procedures
Initially right selection of raw materials for appropriate products. Quality control is divided in 3 stages. The raw material is checked in which major surface defects etc. During the production process, goods are checked online so as to avoid any production error. Finally goods are checked for finishing.
